Are you struggling with issues related to grief, relationships, trauma, stress, anxiety, self-esteem or major life changes?

Sometimes we need help from a professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges.

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and am experienced with working with adults of all ages. I have a broad range of clinical interests and use a variety of psychological approaches depending upon an individual's needs. These approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
